Co-designed engagement that strengthens outcomes
Stakeholder and community engagement, facilitation and co-design to capture insights and drive positive change and advocacy.
How our work differs
We move engagement from consultation to collaboration, enabling decisions that are trusted, informed and deliverable.
Sparrowly Group designs and delivers stakeholder and community engagement that supports better decisions, stronger buy-in and practical outcomes.
Change management practices are embedded across all stages of engagement.
As trained members of global best practice through the Engagement Institute (formerly IAP2), we tailor engagement approaches to project context, stakeholder needs and decision-making requirements.
Our engagement work goes beyond consultation, creating structured, inclusive spaces where stakeholders and communities can contribute meaningfully to strategy, policy and program design.

Our approach to active participation
We deliver stakeholder and engagement that is fit-for-purpose, culturally informed and designed to support implementation - not just participation. We design engagement using accessible formats and delivery modes, including in-person, online and hybrid options, to maximise reach and inclusion.
Accessibility and inclusion are embedded in how we design and deliver engagement, ensuring participation is meaningful and equitable for all. We apply culturally informed and respectful engagement approaches, including First Nations and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) engagement, tailored to community context and protocols.
We facilitate group planning and co-design sessions for teams, boards and executive leadership teams to help navigate complex and evolving environments.
