The Challenge

Regional conservatoriums play a vital role in music education and community cultural life across the country and globally. However, the system operates across diverse regional contexts, with varying funding arrangements, governance structures and facility constraints.

The NSW Government required an independent and strategic review to understand current performance, risks and future sustainability of the Regional NSW Conservatoriums.
