We’re problem solvers, systems thinkers and opportunity creators, and we’re looking for a curious, organised and analytical Team Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team.
Location: Leichhardt, Sydney at Sparrowly Group HQ - this is not a hybrid or remote role
Employment Type: Casual (~2 days/week with flexibility around study or external commitments)
Remuneration: Award rate in line with Fair Work Australia
What you’ll be involved in:
Supporting projects and programs across diverse industries.
Conducting research and translating findings into meaningful insights.
Working with spreadsheets, dashboards, systems and reporting tools.
Assisting with workshops, stakeholder engagement and communication.
Contributing to strategic initiatives and internal business programs.
Helping improve processes, workflows and ways of working.
What we’re looking for:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity and willingness to learn beyond the brief.
Analytical thinking and comfort working with data/spreadsheets.
Initiative, adaptability and problem-solving ability.
Organisation and confidence managing competing priorities.
A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
This role could be ideal if you:
