Western Downs Building Business Resilience Program - Business Continuity Checks

The aim of the Western Downs Building Business Resilience Program is to create greater business resilience as a result of disaster. Floods, droughts and bushfires are all natural hazards that can result in emergency, crisis, or disasters and create extreme risks to the Western Downs community, businesses and visitors.

Following the delivery of the Build Better Business workshops and business boost sessions this year, further business support is now available for Western Downs businesses and community groups.

The Business Continuity Checks program has been designed to support up to 40 business owners to work on your specific business continuity and resilience planning. During this one-on-one program you will be matched with a specialist business resilience mentor. Three mentoring sessions will be provided to each business in this program.

Participation in the program is free for businesses in the Western Downs region. The Building Business Resilience Program is delivered by Western Downs Regional Council and supported by Shell Australia as part of its social investment.

To submit your application, please complete the form by clicking the link below. Applications will close on Friday 2 May 2025 at 9 pm.
