Naivedhya is a consultant for Sparrowly Group assisting the team to support the development and delivery of client projects, Sparrowly Group programs, business development and operations. 

Naivedhya has an educational background in finance with a master's from UNSW Business School, Sydney and has passed the Chartered Financial Analysis Level 1.

Proactive in nature, Naivedhya has taken part in leadership-focused extracurriculars during his studies at UNSW, most notably, successfully leading a consulting project for an actual client in the 'Global Scope Industry Experience Program' by Practera at UNSW Business School. 

For Sparrowly Group Naivedhya has developed bespoke agritourism diversification profiles for regions across Australia, using data analytics and case study development to highlight the opportunities for agritourism in regions. 

Naivedhya has a keen eye for detail, logical reasoning and analytical thinking underpinned by his educational foundation and a diversity of experience, with a background in operations at a startup in Sydney, and significant contributions in production and marketing verticals to the family business back in India.
