Justine Sinclair
Senior Consultant, Facilitator and Mentor
Justine is a lead consultant, workshop facilitator and mentor for Sparrowly Group working with clients across economic development, the visitor economy and community development.
She has more than 30 years of experience, including 15 years in local government with extensive experience in the visitor economy and community development sectors having led multi stakeholder and communication programs working with both local and state government.
Justine is an expert in community and stakeholder engagement and is certified through the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) Certificate of Engagement. She implements best practice IAP2 engagement methods to bring positive outcomes for all parties, allowing time and space to build rapport, to connect, share stories and to listen and learn. She works closely in stakeholder engagement with all stakeholders and community representatives across ages, backgrounds and demographics, to ensure all feel comfortable, safe and heard.
For Sparrowly Group, she has led major strategy, facilitation, change management and evaluation projects. She is well known for her pragmatic approach and commercial acumen, coupled with her ability to bring stakeholders and community together to drive positive outcomes for all.
She has trained and facilitated for groups small and large on topics including tourism and the visitor economy, social impact and creating ambassadors through resident and guest experiences. In Sparrowly Group’s training and mentoring programs, Justine supports businesses through tourism experience and product design and development, customer experience, operations and marketing having trained and mentored more than 300 small businesses across Australia.
