Diversification in agritourism aims to help farmers maximise economic returns and promote long-term sustainability through culinary adventures, while preserving farmland and leveraging their destinations unique offerings.

It is estimated agritourism will contribute approximately $18.6 billion to the Australian economy by 2030 (CSIRO, Agritourism – Australian food and agribusiness).
