What Our Clients Say

Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development

We engaged Sparrowly Group for the delivery of a project to demonstrate the benefits of the Regional Growth Fund. Sparrowly Group has been wonderful to work with, delivering on time and to scope consistently, always bringing us (the client) with them on the journey. There have been no surprises as we have worked toward the end product and they keep open lines of communication. The whole process has been easy to navigate, and has resulted in exactly the output we were after.

Macadamia's Australia expanded our multigenerational agribusiness incorporating agritourism and the development of a new tourism and value add facility. Sparrowly Group took us on a journey from the development of the customer experience and briefs to guide the design, through to the commercial and operational strategy and plan. Their commitment to this project goes beyond their brief, which has included championing the project up to the State Government to ensure it is as successful as it can be for Bundaberg and Queensland including the successful securing of almost $1million in funding.

Reflections Holiday Parks

As Crown Land Managers of Holiday Parks across NSW, set on idyllic locations, we were keen to explore opportunities to optimise these locations and expand our accommodation offering through events. Sparrowly Group brought their strategic, commercial and operational expertise to this project to assess a number of our sites and present an Insights Report and Recommendations that were realistic from an operational perspective, commercially minded and visitor centric. And we loved working with professionals who are organised, excellent communicators and practical - that is Sparrowly Group. A great investment to help shape Reflections Holiday Parks' future business planning.

Department of Education NSW, Training Services NSW - Trade Pathways Program Evaluation

Sparrowly Group evaluated the NSW Department of Education Trade Pathways Program, which aims to increase qualified trade worker numbers and encourage more women to enter into trades. We developed a robust evaluation framework, analysed program data and engaged key stakeholders to understand the outcomes from the program. Our insights informed real-time improvements and shaped ongoing program design. The final evaluation report offered a strong evidence base for future design, policy development and alignment with NSW Productivity Commission recommendations.

ProInvest Group - Kimpton Margot Sydney Commercial Strategy

Sparrowly Group developed the commercial and pre-opening strategy to launch Kimpton Margot Sydney, introducing the Kimpton brand to Australia. By leveraging strategic brand partnerships across the guest journey, we accelerated market entry by 35%. Our co-designed commercial approach with sales, marketing and revenue teams led to direct online becoming the top-performing channel, boosting profitability and guest retention in a competitive luxury market. We were able to create a distinct end-to-end guest experience across hotel, events and dining offerings.

Liverpool City Council - Small Business Strategy

Sparrowly Group developed the Liverpool City Council Small Business Strategy, focusing on COVID-19 recovery and long-term business resilience. With 98% of Liverpool’s 18,000 businesses being small, and a diverse CALD community, our strategy used data analysis, stakeholder engagement and a tailored business typology framework. The Strategy now guides council operations and has become a benchmark for other NSW LGAs in small business engagement and economic development planning.
